This is straightforward, requiring just a quick 5-10 minute medical intake form. This form serves as the entry point to your tailor-made treatment plan that provides pre-approval for our GLP-1 medications:

1. Initially, we’ll request fundamental information such as your name, birthdate, and contact details. 
2. Following that, we’ll delve into your health history, BMI, chronic conditions, and any conflicting medications. 
3. Once pre-approved you can select your desired medication, enter your shipping/billing address, and payment information to complete your purchase. 
4. The final step is uploading a full-face photo and government issued ID so we can create your lab order. To initiate the process, all you need to do is click the “get started” button on Enhance.MD.
